Rock Crashers: Newest Seascape Painting for Michaels Painting Workshops

"Rock Crashers"
Inspired by a painting my mother painted years ago, this ocean's edge scene catches the forceful wave action against rocks at the shoreline.

I painted this in my search for a seascape scene for my Michaels Painting workshops. I submitted the lesson plan for this one and it was approved by Grumbacher for teaching in the Michaels Fine Arts Workshops. (The classes are sponsored by Grumbacher.)

Doesn't it make you miss summer already?

The techniques used to create this painting are actually quite easy simple to reproduce, once you know how.
