Wow! It’s been a while since my last entry! Been real busy!
A little fun, a little work! I’ve been working on a few new paintings, some gouache studies and developing some ideas for future projects. I’ve also been doing some family time things this May. My husband Tom and three of our kids and I joined some other PFF Graphics crew members and went camping at my favorite campsite. The weather was beautiful and it was great to get away!
Here are a couple pix.

Another performer we saw that is definitely worth mentioning is Kruno Spisic. Awesome guitar sounds! Tom spent a lot of the time on the sidelines doing stage management and he overheard some other professional guitar players who were watching in amazement during his performance. They were blown away with his riffs! His CD’s sold out at the festival. He said there will be more produced in about a month (Christmas gift idea!)

ARTsisters news:
There will be an opening reception for the latest ARTsisters show and sale on Wednesday June 13, from 7 to 9 pm. At the Wellness Community of Philadelphia (Proceeds will benefit the Wellness Community of Philadelphia). The bad news is that’s the same evening my son graduates from eighth grade. I can’t miss that! Depending on the timing and the length of the ceremony (awards follow) I might be able to make it to the reception by 8pm. I certainly plan to try! If you’d like to go, directions are below.

... One more thing... at Spring Gulch I took a walk along the nearby country road and saw this animal. Does anyone know what it is? He was too small to be a regular horse or donkey, yet resembles both! Post your knowledge [or guesses] in the comments!
As my friend Bard always says, Be cool! Shoot high!
Maybe it's a miniature horse. I saw some for sale near my house.
