Cyanotype workshop at MLAC's Art Camp Today

I had such a blast today. I spent a couple hours on the lawn of the Main Line Art center, doing a demonstration of the cyanotype process. An alternative photographic process which produces images of Prussian blue and white, I found my young audience to be genuinely interested, politely attentive, and extremely well-behaved. Witnessing young creative energy is a scene like no other: exciting and gratifying. And the weather cooperated, too! Nice sunny day, with just a touch of clouds here and there.

There are already some pictures on their facebook page

  1. "...and extremely well-behaved."

That's a real treat. Bet they learned a lot!
