Practicing Invitations

Regarding my latest art adventure...

I have been practicing on decorating some wedding invitations with paint these past couple days.

It's going slowly but I'm pleased with the progress.

Today, I say, enough practice! I'm going for the real thing! I have not wanted to use the actual invitation

before I was confident and pleased with the composition of design, as well as the treatment of the images, because I'm afraid the actual invitation paper is very absorbent and will not allow mistakes to be erased.
