This Friday: Reception for the "Mid-Atlantic Regional Exhibit" at the Redding Gallery, 800 N French St, in Wilmington, Delaware

In case you're going to the reception at the Redding Building in Wilmington this Friday, Dec 7th (5:30 - 8pm) here are some basic directions for folks traveling from the Philly area.

Follow I-95 south into Delaware. Take Exit 7A.

At the light at the end of the ramp, go straight.
In a block or two, you'll see options to go straight or bear to the right (straight is tenth St., bearing right is Delaware Ave.) Bear right.

Follow that a few blocks. Cross a few streets (3-5?). One block after King St, turn right onto French St. in the midde of the block, you'll see the entrance to the City/County Building (800 N French St) on the left. It has big revolving doors, and there's a big metal and concrete sculpture out in front. Metered on-street parking in front... or ... DON'T turn right on French, but go straight through the light and turn right into the parking garage.

When leaving, you can go down French Street just a bit further-it ends right after the Redding building, turn right, go one block then turn left at the next street (King St, I think). Follow that a few blocks and look for I-95 signs (will be to the right)

It was wonderful meeting you at the opening. Your art is fantastic and you have a personailty to match. I truly enjoyed the event. How about that music?! Those young ladies were great. I bought one of their CD's. I am looking forward to seeing your work in other venues.
